Demag DCBS Electric Balancer

The Demag DCBS Electric Balancer is part of the DC Chain Hoist family. It's easy plug-and-play installation and proven Demag product reliability make it an excellent addition to your operations. The DCBS allows operators to automatically switch between guiding the load with the handle and with 2 hands without pressing a button! 

Four modes meet your needs so your operators can handle loads with the handle or both hands. Grip Mode and Float Mode are instantly available, allowing efficient handling of loads with the handle or manually with two hands. Load Pick-Up Mode is programmable to automatically tension the chain in preparation for the next operation. For assembly processes, Assembly Mode adjusts the balancer movements allowing you to perform very precise horizontal assembly processes. Demag D-BP II Air Balancer

The Demag D-BP II Air Balancer gives you the reliability you need without the use of electricity. Using clean air, the D-BP II air balancer is ideal for fast pick-and-pack operations. It's flexible for use with a separate pendant or integrated control handle. In fact, you can easily integrate custom grippers to meet your process needs. Lift up to 770 lbs and float loads up to 150 lbs for nearly weightless load handling. 

The D-BP II Air Balancer has industry leading safety features! Load Weight Compensation allows every load to be lifted at the same speed on up/down balancer models. The Load Balancing feature allows loads to be floated almost effortlessly. Its patented safety brake locks the rope if lifting movements are too fast, and is quickly and easily reset to return to work.
